CMI’s Strategic Plan Execution Huddle Program can provide the structure, training and alignment of the leadership group.
Overview:
The purpose of CMI’s Strategic Plan Execution Huddles is to implement and create focus on the organization’s strategic plan. The objectives include developing a Strategic Planning Team, teaching the technology of a high performance team and supporting the team in becoming one. This process creates dialogue, the airing of various viewpoints, commitment, consensus, and alignment among the participants. This process results in implementation and action of the organization’s strategic plan.
Format:
CMI’s Strategic Plan Execution Huddle Program starts with one day of interviews and a pre meeting, Then the first huddle begin with the leadership team, followed by a Kickoff meeting, followed by quarterly meetings with the leadership team. CMI also provides coaching and support for the leadership group to become potent leaders and a team. Keynelink as an accountability and cultural tool is an optional addition to the program.
