TEAM BUILDING EVENT DESIGN   Prior to our team building event CMI meets with you to do a needs analysis and design your team building event agenda accordingly. CMI encourages your participation in the planning and writing of your team building event. CMI provides your company with team building games and activities for groups ranging from 5 to 500. CMI offers customized team building events ranging from 2 hours to 2 days. CMI team building events incorporate education in the areas of customer service, team skills, leadership, quality, and communication. CMI team building activities relax groups, build camaraderie, break down barriers, and improve communication. CMI has true business knowledge that we apply to every team building event. Although our team building events are fun, they all incorporate valuable learning from experienced professionals who understand real business issues.

CREATIVITY   CMI is extremely creative in the venues we use for team building events. If there is an activity that your team enjoys, we can design a team building event for it. CMI team building activities provide knowledge through participation: CMI’s utilizes team building games which involve participants physically and mentally. Our whole body learning process is proven to accelerate the learning curve. CMI relates all team building activities to participants work situations. We provide a practice field where your team can make mistakes and learn from them in a safe environment. CMI works well with portable activities, indoors and outdoors.  We do not rely on teams courses. CMI team building events are FUN! The vast majority of participants enjoy this type of learning.

When you book a team building event with us, you will be informed of who will facilitate the team building event and the facilitator will contact you promptly to start building the relationship. All facilitators that we use are certified Experiential Education Instructors. No more showing up to your team building events wondering what surprises your team building vendor has for you this week! CMI’s uniquefacilitation method teaches participants how to seek out what customers really want, what makes customers loyal to an organization, and how to become indispensable to them. Our facilitators quickly identify and correct traditional task-oriented and individualistic behaviors.
